From the fall of 2011 through the end of spring 2012, the James R. Macdonald Lab has been remodeling. Our various laser-atom studies have displaced some of our old particle accelerators, and have grown beyond the space we originally allotted for them.
We've reorganized our lab space, moved some experiments and gutted certain areas to make way for newer and better facilities. MOTRIMS has moved, and HITS taken its place after modification. The Linac is no more, and its former space will house the new high-rep rate PULSAR laser.
