From the fall of 2011 through the end of spring 2012, the James R. Macdonald Lab has been remodeling. Our various laser-atom studies have displaced some of our old particle accelerators, and have grown beyond the space we originally allotted for them.
In mid-May, the PULSAR area is moving into finishing work. The lights are on, doors are hung, and the temporary dust walls are starting to come down. We've done a walk-through and identified our areas of concern as the project heads toward completion.
