Registration Information
Please register for Atto-09 at the Kansas State Division of Continuing Education.
You have the option of making registration but paying the fee later (but before May 25, 2009). Please remember to return to this site to provide flight information if you plan to take the chartered bus.
All participants including invited speakers and session chairs are required to register. Registration forms will only be accepted when payment information is given on the form. The fees mentioned below are in US dollars. The registration will open on April 1, and the deadline for early registration is May 25, 2009 (extended from the original 15 May deadline).
Following the tradition of the first conference of this series, the participants will be asked to eat all the meals together. The total participant fee is $400 if paid before May 25, 2009 and $450 after the deadline. This fee includes:
- All the meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner on each of the four days from July 29th through August 1st, 2009. The cookout at Konza Prairie (July 29th) and the Conference Banquet (August 1st) are part of this package.
- Reception: The evening of July 28 at the Beach Museum.
- Bus transportation: Bus ride between Kansas City airport and Manhattan and back (see travel).
- Access: Access to the lectures and poster sessions; catering at coffee breaks and the use of e-mail and web facilities; a printed schedule.
