Hollow-Core Optical Fiber
(Laser Lab)

Zenghu Chang's group uses the optical fiber apparatus in the Laser Lab.

Hollow-Core Optical Fiber

The hollow-core optical fiber apparatus generates sub-10 fs ultrashort laser pulses. It can convert the 800 nm, 4 mJ pulses from the Ti:Sapphire laser into ~2 mJ, sub-10 fs pulses.
