On Day 4 we rode to the lovely town of Sterling, with another sponsored lunch in Hudson. Hudson is the home of the Hudson Cream flour mill, a name known to bread-bakers everywhere. Despite the growing warmth of the day, the tour of the mill was worthwhile and enlightening.
