On 2 Feb. 1704/5 Elizabeth Penniman, relict, desired that Joseph Pennimanand Joseph Parmenter be appointed to administer Samuel's estate. At thetime son Jonathan was a minor, but on 5 May 1709 he was appointedadministrator, [his uncle] Joseph Penniman having died.
