"John Pigg, Pidge, Pedge, Peidge, etc. (Thomas) was born near 1640 at Roxbury and died at
Dedham in May 1691, administration being given 12 May to Elizabeth his relict widow. He
married first, at Dedham, 27 Apr. 1667, Mary Farrington, born at Dedham 5 Apr. 1650, died
there 22 Apr. 1676, daughter of John and Mary. He married second, 3 July 1677, at Dedham,
Elizabeth Newcomb, born at Braintree 26 Aug. 1658, daughter of Francis and Rachel. She
married second, at Dedham 28 Dec. 1695, James Emery "of Barwick in Kittery", Maine."
