six years later was established as Tewksbury, in which town the remainder of his
life was passed...Lieut. Jonathan Shed died in Tewksbury 26 Mar. 1801. He married
at Tewksbury, 27 Mar. 1753, Lydia Kittredge, born there 28 July 1734, daughter of
Francis and Lydia (---) Kittredge; she died there 21 Mar. 1822, aged eighty-seven
years according to the records."
