m. (lic. 1 Jan) 1680, William Lawrence, eldest son of Captain William Lawrence, of
Flushing, by his first marriage. By deed dated 25 Apr 1684, Richard Smith gave to
William Lawrence 500 acres of land west of the Nissequogue. By her father's will
Deborah Lawrence inherited an equal share with the other children in the undivided
lands of Smith town."
