"Edward Morgan was born 1670 in Bala Coty, Merionnithshire, Wales, and died 1736 in
Towamencin twp., Montgomery Co., PA. He married Elizabeth Margaret Jarman abt. 1689
in Pennsylvania, daughter of John Jarman. She was born abt. 1674 in Wales, and died
aft. 1724 in Towamencin twp., Montgomery Co., PA."

"Edward Morgan, of Philadelphia, later of near Gwynedd, in what is now Montgomery
County, Pennsylvania, born say 1660, possibly in Wales, and still living on 27 8m
[October] 1732, married Elizabeth (Jarman?), who was still living 7 10m [December]
1731, and was probably a daughter of John Jarman, an early Quaker immigrant from
Wales to Pennsylvania. The exact time of Edward Morgan's arrival in America is unknown,
but he received a warrant for a city lot in Philadelphia on 27 5m [July] 1684."

"The same evidence that established this new daughter also pointed to the probable parentage
of Elizabeth, wife of Edward Morgan, who appears to have been the daughter of John Jarman,
another early Quaker immigrant to Pennsylvania, although this remains unproven."
