to be the youngest child of Richard and Zipporah Ingersoll; m. 1794, Irena
Sweetland, born Sept. 24, 1777, Hebron, Conn.; died April 30, 1842, Cazenovia,
N.Y., daughter of Aaron and Patience (Clark) Sweetland. Issac Ingersoll emigrated
from Conn. to Madison Co., N.Y., and was one of the early settlers of Cazenovia."
