The Physics Department now has a unified electronics and computing support
shop, able to address both hardware and software issues at one location!

Finally, for high-end electronics design and fabrication, the university provides
the Electronics Design Laboratory (Burt 124).
Under the direction of Tim Sobering, this facility
is able to produce research electronics such as
high-speed miniaturized charge preamplifier modules.
