In order to facilitate long-range planning of experiments, we will be accepting proposals for the period beginning 19 May 2003 and extending to 17 May 2004. You may submit proposals for the first half of the period (19 May 2003 - 21 November 2003), last half of the period (21 November 2003 - 17 May 2004), or the entire period. Please note that existing proposals numbered 1150 - 1153, 1155 and 1157-1159 have already been awarded time through November 2003. You do not need to reapply for that time. The proposal form should be completed (one per proposal) and submitted to the JRML PAC at the indicated address. The proposals are due by 07 April 2003. The PAC will review the proposals and their decisions on the proposals will be available by 07 May 2003. Each project will be assigned a project number. If the proposal is approved, one may request beam time on the facilities at JRML through the JRML web page (http://www.phys.ksu.edu/area/jrm) beam time request form.
